CST is the area's number one aluminum heat treater. This includes solution treating, aging, stress relieving and annealing of both cast and wrought aluminum. For solution treating we have furnaces up to 60in. dia. For aging and stress relieving our largest furnace is 10ft.x14ft.x3.5ft. high. And, for annealing a 7ft.x13ft.x5ft. car bottom furnace can is available.

When distortion from solution treating is a problem, special processing involving polymer quenching and/or sub-zero treating and straightening is available.
